Hello Year Six!
Please check this page daily so that you know which tasks you need to complete for each day of distance learning.
Maths and English work needs to be completed in your exercise books (which an adult can collect from school) using blue pen and pencil and following the school presentation policy.
For other subjects, we may ask you to write on paper/notebook that you have at home or present your work digitally.
Please attempt all the tasks you have been set. If a task is taking you longer than the timing we have suggested, stop, have a break and then move onto something new.
You have shown a fantastic attitude towards learning so far in Year Six! Keep it up until we are back together again.
Below is a suggested timetable for distance learning in Year Six to help you organise your day.
You do not have to follow these times – talk to an adult at home to decide what will work best for you. If you prefer, you might like to do the activities in an order that suits you however you should still aim to spend the same amount of time on each task.
Remember, we would ask in school that you do not rush through tasks as this can lead to errors. All work should be presented neatly following the school presentation policy.
