Friday

Please do not begin this work until Friday 27th March 2020.

First, remember to send a message (by 10am) on I Am Learning to your teacher to count as your register mark.

PLEASE NOTE: we have now added suggested timings onto our daily tasks for you to follow if it helps you to organise your day. You do not have to follow these times – talk to an adult at home to decide what will work best for you. If you decide to follow the time, the time in the brackets is a guideline to show how long each activity might take.

10:00-10:45 (45 minutes) Reading

Read chapter two ‘King Ethelred Hall’ in Beetle Boy. On a post-it note, write down who the main character is and your first impression of them.  Place the post-it note on chapter two in the book. As you read, remember to use a dictionary/look online to find the meaning of any words you do not already know. It is a good idea to magpie vocabulary and the definition so that you can try and use it in your own writing.
