LO: To plot specified points to draw a triangle.

First, complete the knowledge quiz and record the score in your exercise book.

To Start (Slide 2) Times tables challenge table - Optional if you are completing another times tables challenge today. Then mark

Now listen to the information about coordinates and triangles.

Moving on: (Slide 3): Now write down the coordinates for each triangle. Remember there are 3 pairs for each triangle. Then mark in green pen.


Main activity (Slide 4 and 5): Task 1: Create the grid. Task 2: Use the coordinates to draw the triangles. Task 3: Identify different triangles and shade them in according to the instruction. Task 4: Identify the angles on each triangle. Mark in green pen.


When you have completed this task stop the video and click ‘Next Activity’ and take the exit quiz by pressing ‘Start Quiz’. Complete the quiz and record your score in your Maths book.
