Watch the video, the teacher will explain to when to pause. Complete all work in your Maths book – including the workings out! When it says ‘Your turn’ write your answer in your book then mark in green pen when the teacher tells you the answer (you can pause the video if you need more time)

INDEPENDENT TASK- Listen to the explanation and then pause the video. Then, scroll up to the top of the page and click ‘Next Activity’. You can then see a larger version of the independent task.  Complete the task in your Maths book. Write each question into your book then answer, showing your working out. Then, resume the video (by scrolling to the top of the page to find the icon) and mark your work in green pen.

Further challenge: Complete the Abacus questions in your book - see below (Remember, you are only expected to work in school hours, so if you don’t complete these questions, it’s OK – just do your best).

Then, click ‘Next Activity’ to view ‘Start Quiz’. Complete the quiz and record your score (out of 5) in your Maths book then send your English and Maths score to your class teacher when you send your ‘Good Morning’ message on I Am Learning tomorrow.
