It is very important to keep active during this time especially if you may need to stay indoors. Complete at least one of the activities provided daily for 20mins.
You shouldn’t need a lot of room to complete the exercises but please ensure that you check the space before and move things out of the way if you need to. Please remember to stretch after your work out.
Alternatively, if you have access to safe, outdoor space, you may want to skip, hula hoop or hop scotch etc.
