Knowing the times tables facts is very important in Mathematics as it helps you to succeed in so many different topics! 

Below, you can find some different activities to help improve your recall of times tables facts. Remember, you are aiming to recall these facts quickly and accurately!

All children in Year 4 will have a log in to use Times Tables Rockstars. This app helps you practise times tables facts in lots of different ways while earning coins to spend on your avatar. Make sure you play all of the different games- not just the studio.

Hit the Button 

This game is great for times tables as you can also practise division facts. If you are confident with your multiplication facts, learning the division facts is a great challenge.  You can also use this to help practise number bonds, doubles and halves.

This is another good website for practising a specific times table. The website gives you lots of different challenges such as fill in the blanks, match the correct pair and a mini quiz.

Songs 

Using songs are a great way to practise your times tables as using rhymes can help your brain to memorise facts. 

Super Movers (BBC) have got songs for each times table and a KS2 challenge song. You may recognise some of the famous faces and mascots who are helping out with the dance moves!
