Reading (10 minutes)

Continue to read the book that you have chosen this week. Discuss the book with someone at home.  

 

 

French

Begin by completing the task on I am Learning – Moi – All about me.

 

Watch the video where Ben links up online with friends in Marseille to find out about hobbies in France. Can you identify the characters’ hobbies? Practise saying the different hobbies by copying what the characters say. You could pause the video for extra time and rewind the video to hear them again. Practise saying in French the things that you like to do.

Today, we will be looking at melody and pitch. Follow the link and watch the two videos about melody and singing with feeling. There is also an activity to complete that looks at pitch.

Task – listen to your favourite song. Describe how it makes you feel. Do you know what makes you feel that way? Is it the words? How does the singer perform? Write down three things about the music that you think are creating that feeling.
