Medication in School

Home and school working effectively together helps us ensure that your child is safe and their needs are met.

We would like to ensure that all the medical information we hold for your child is current and accurate.  We are working to the guidelines outlined in the Department for Education document ‘Supporting pupils with medical conditions’ December 2015 paper, to ensure and that any medicine your child may need or require is available.

Please complete the ‘Care Plan’ document for your child to outline their medical needs including any emergency action that may be required.

If you would like any assistance completing this paperwork please contact the School Office and an appointment can be made to do this in school.
