Information for Playscheme 2024/2025

Bookings are taken via your child’s Scopay Account

(Open to Park Hall Infant Academy and Park Hall Junior Academy children only)

Please send your child with a packed lunch and either/or mid-morning and/or afternoon snack. 

(No nut based products please)

How to book sessions/days

Children already registered for BASC and have been attending since September 2024

Please note, if your child is already registered with us, and you would like to book Playscheme sessions/days with us and you pay:

Via Voucher Scheme: Parents who pay for before and after school club and Playscheme with Nursery Vouchers or through the HMRC National Savings scheme, must transfer the money to school before you book any childcare sessions. 

This will give parents a positive balance and enable them to book their own sessions through Scopay.

There is usually a few days delay from when they send the childcare vouchers until the vouchers hit our bank account.

Via Card payment: Please call 01922 720761 or email postbox@parkhall-jun.walsall.sch.uk so that we can add your child to the Playscheme Cohort and you can book and pay directly on Scopay.

Children registered but have not used BASC recently – please can we request that you complete a new registration pack, so that we can update our records.

Children who are not yet registered

Please complete the registration pack which you will find on the BASC link and return to postbox@parkhall-jun.walsall.sch.uk  (please note, that there is a £5.00 registration fee)

Once your child is registered with us, you will be able to book Playscheme sessions/days using your child’s Scopay Account.

Please note that we may not be able to accommodate last minute bookings.
