Breakfast Club - 7.45am until start of school day 

Between 8am – 8.30am there will be light refreshments such as toast, water/squash etc. available for children.

After School Club - end of school day until 5.15pm 

There will be light refreshments such as water/squash available and snack including fruit, biscuits etc.

How to book and pay for Before and After School Club for Spring 2.

Parents/Carers who pay via a Voucher Scheme

You will only be able to book sessions yourself, if you have sufficient funds already on your child's Scopay Account. If you do not have sufficient funds, please complete the relevant booking forms by downloading them off the school website.

Please ensure that you have cleared all outstanding arrears from previous bookings as we will not be able to accept your bookings until this has been cleared.

We ask all parents/carers to book for the whole of the half-term to help us ensure that we have the correct staff:child ratio. We may not be able to accommodate last minute bookings.

Parents/Carers of new children starting Treehouse

If your child is not registered for Before and After School Club, please download all the information attached, please note that there is a £5.00 registration fee for all new members.

When completing the booking form for your child, if you are booking the same sessions for the whole of the first half-term, only complete one form per child.  Please complete separate forms if days are different for each week. Full payment for all sessions booked will be required once we send you a link code letter on how to open a Scopay Account.  If payment is not received within 5 working days of when the link code letter has been dated, we reserve the right to cancel all books made.
